My Struggle .

Assalamualaikum.

It's currently 12 am here. and I'm literally exhausted .

Subhanallah something happened today and it really makes me sad and depressed.

Please don't compare me with someone else who is not in the same boat . How could you judge someone without even knowing her S T R U G G L E and her story ?

While some of you have parents and family to rely on, I have to work to support myself .

While some of you could study with ease, I have to do multitasking with studying and working.

While some of you could sleep early on weekend's night, I have to burn the midnight oil to earn a living.

SO PLEASE, YOU DON'T KNOW MY STRUGGLE.

Summarizing my 5th semester, I'm missing you girls !



Assalamualaikum girls,

yang dekat Malaysia, kenapa susahhhhh sangat nak jumpa korang?
yang dekat Dublin tu, we miss you. Sila pulang ke Tanah Melayu segera.

so what should I bebel about?

To summarize my 5th semester, all that I've managed to gain is W E I G H T .

serious talk , mama keep on buying me heavy breakfast during the semester break (N A S I L E M A K , R O T I C A N A I, etc etc) .

So I freaked out when my weight is xxKG . astagfirullahalazim Allah je tau masa tu macam istigfar banyak banyak and muhasabah sikit (*masa tu dok kunyah kunyah coklat, gummies and other candies yang tak sihat tu lagi even though kata nak berubah )

Naik je semester, my N E W housemates pun in the same boat jugak . Alhamdulillah ada G E N G !
ehhh hahahaha so we decided to sign up for gym membership. Nak kurus punya pasal we've changed our meals to salads and nuts . Trust me it was't easy to change from our regularly N A S I meals.

I've cut down coffee ( STARBUCKS is a no no ladies), no more rice, lotss and lotss of drinking water. Even my tea is without sugar.

Nak dipendekkan cerita , we sign up for a month membership at Celebrity Fitness , first day I was on the TREADMILL lari macam orang gila up to 5 kilometers .
(trust me, I don't even like jogging !)
Turun je dari treadmill amek kau pening HAHA

So far as I'm writing this blog, alhamdulillah turun dahhhhh berat aku (whew) .

Dah normal balik dah berat badan aku .

Avoid the following below:

*I M P O R T A N T : I would always count the calories intake per day . And as a reward, I have one cheat day per week. Masa cheat day bukan main lagi makan masa tu fuyoo tak kira dah calories ke apa.


But here's one thing, you should really try some easy workout at home . 
Nak makan sedap kan, haa silalah rajin rajin workout yerr
